평창산양삼의 정의 (Definition of Pyeongchang Wild Ginseng)

평창산양삼은 해발 400~700m 이상 고지대, 연평균기온 0~10℃, 연강수량 700~2000mm의 생육의 최고 적지로서 유기질이 풍부하고 배수가 좋은 양토, 미사질양토 및 사양토 등 양질의 토양에서 자라나는 산양삼입니다. 인공적인 시설물을 설치하지 않고 자연 상태에서 재배하는 산림청에서 특별관리임산물로 한국임업진흥원의 품질검사를 받아 식재부터 출하까지 엄격하게 관리되어진 최고품질의 산양삼입니다.

Pyeongchang wild ginseng is grown in high-quality soils such as loam, silt loam and sandy loam that are rich in organic matter and well-drained as it is the best place for growth with an altitude of 400-700m or more, an average annual temperature of 0-10℃, and annual precipitation of 700-2000mm. It is a forest product specially managed by the Korea Forest Service that is cultivated in a natural state without installing artificial facilities.

평창산양삼특구는? (Pyeongchang Sanyang Ginseng Special Zone)

2014년 9월 25일 강원도 평창군 일원 4,282,476㎡(약 428ha) 면적을 특구포지로 지정받아 300여 농가가 산양삼 재배를 하고 있으며 대외적으로 박람회 참석 및 홍보부스를 운영하여 2019년 산양삼 가공품을 베트남에 첫 수출하고, 미국에 수출하고 있는 "평창산양삼 두유", "산양삼 엑기스" 등 인기 있으며 다양한 산양삼 가공품이 생산, 판매되고 있습니다.

품질검사 (quality inspection)

한국임업진흥원에서 실시하는 잔류농약검사로 총 155개의 농약성분을 검출하는 제도이며, 0.001ppm 이하일 때만 합격증이 나오면 평창산양삼은 재배전부터 토양, 종자, 종묘 등에 대하여 검사를 실시한 후, 생산할 때 품질검사를 받아 유통하므로 '청정 임산물'로서 특별히 관리되는 제도입니다.

평창산양삼 섭취방법 (How to take Pyeongchang wild ginseng)

1) 생으로 드실 때 (When eaten raw)

산양삼은 생으로 드시는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 아침 또는 저녁 취침전 반드시 공복상태에서 복용합니다. 생삼을 깨끗한 물에 씻어서 물기를 제거한 후 최대한 오래 꼭꼭 씹어서 섭취합니다. 건강한 성인은 1일 1~3뿌리씩 3~5일, 몸이 약하신 분 또는 회복중인 분은 1일 1 뿌리씩 7~12일, 14세 미만의 어린이는 하루에 반뿌리 3~5일 정도 섭취합니다. 쓴맛을 싫어하는 아이들은 생수, 꿀 등과 함께 갈아서 섭취하세요.

Wild ginseng is best eaten raw. Take it in the morning or evening before going to bed on an empty stomach. Wash raw ginseng in clean water, dry it, and chew thoroughly for as long as possible before eating. Healthy adults take 1 to 3 roots per day for 3 to 5 days, weak or recovering people take 1 root per day for 7 to 12 days, and children under 14 take half a root for 3 to 5 days. do. For children who do not like the bitter taste, grind it with mineral water or honey.

2) 달여서 드실 때 (When decocted)

위가 좋지 않으신 분은 달여서 복용하시길 권장합니다. 산양삼 1뿌리당 800ml 정도의 물을 부어 쇠붙이가 아닌 유리로 된 용기를 준비합니다. 대추 등을 함께 넣고 물이 절반 정도 줄어들 때까지 중불로 달여 2~3회에 나누어 공복에 복용합니다.

If you have a bad stomach, we recommend decocting it and taking it. Prepare a glass container, not metal, by pouring about 800ml of water per 1 root of wild ginseng. Add jujubes, etc., and decoct over medium heat until the water is reduced by half, divide into 2-3 doses and take on an empty stomach.
